Introducing Howard F. McCreary, a trailblazing figure in real estate since 1974. With a dynamic career spanning decades, Howard excelled in the 1980s by managing 3500+ multi-family units across five states. Armed with a CPM designation (1984) and AMO certification (1986), he led the Apartment Association of New Mexico in 1994 and 1996. As Director of Property Management until 1997, Howard oversaw diverse portfolios of multi-family and commercial properties. Today, he specializes in commercial real estate, offering personalized service in key New Mexico markets. A proud IREM member, Howard holds a NM Qualifying Broker License and a 1975 Business degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. Howard brings unparalleled expertise and commitment to excellence to the world of real estate.

Kathryn (Katy) Boeff

Meet Katy Boeff, a seasoned industry leader with over 23 years of experience in multi-family property management, 12 of which were dedicated to the Affordable Housing Industry. Katy holds an NM Qualifying Broker License, but continues to work as an Associate Broker, and industry-specific prestigious designations, including CAM, COS, SCS, TCS, and CAPS. Her expertise extends to financial accounting, and she's recognized for her quick learning, honesty, diligence, and transparency. Katy is a key team member, embodying excellence in multi-family property management.
